Tracking and Shipping

These are the status when you order:

  • Ready is when we are ready to accept orders.
  • Delayed is when we are close for a moment or we are closed in none working office hours.
  • Processing is when we are busy handling orders and payments, busy communicating to sellers, busy working of Made Upon Order products.
  • Preparing To Ship is when we are packing the product and printing delivery information.
  • Dispatched is when we take your package or parcel to a shipper.
  • Shipped is when your package or parcel is now on the shipper. A Shipping tracking ID is now Available and you are notified via e-mail. You can now COPY our Shipping Tracking ID and PASTE on the shipper website tracking page. So you can know where your package or parcel are.
  • Completed is when you recieve your package or parcel.

Give us 0-3 days to provide your Shipping Tracking ID. 

To find the Shipping Tracking ID. You must be login and ordered. At the bottom of  this site, you can find the Account -> Orders -> press Order#01. Then the paper view will appear. 

Find the Shipping Tracking ID on the paper view. Long press the Shipping Tracking ID number then copy it. 

You may PRESS the blue link to visit the tracking page website.

And paste the copied code into the tracking page website, then you can now know where your package or parcel are.
